They are the only travel agency that by offer buying tickets through credit cards. It took three hours of communications until I got to buy two tickets. They didn't book the seats next to each other.

Deceiving offers. Before buying any package you must verify every and each part of the package (especially hotel room/type and tours)

My previous experience with this company was very good, which is why I renewed my experience with them. However, unfortunately, the management and coordination between the employee and the customer are very poor, and we ended up in an embarrassing situation. For example, in my case, I wanted to extend my flight and hotel reservations. The flight went smoothly, but the hotel reservation was a complete mess. The office is nice and they have offers and groups, but some of their female employees are arrogant and I think they haven't learned or studied how to serve customers and how to deal with and win them over.

We traveled to Georgia for our honeymoon and booked through the Erbil branch. The staff had no answers to our questions. As for the flight experience, it was the worst because the flight was scheduled for 10:30 AM, but it was postponed the night before the departure day. We were notified by a text message at night while we were sleeping, and we did not see the message. I went to Georgia with moonline and I must say it was very disappointing first thing we face is the airplane was very small for the distance when we landed the buss that was used for transportation were very bad and old and without ventilation the hotels are very bad they were not clean and very small No organization or proper planning for the daily schedule and most of the time spent in transportation

At the beginning they were very welcoming and nice, so I have booked the flight & hotel from moonline, when I arrived at my destination and went to the hotel which was at 3:00pm, while checking in the receptionist told me that my booking have been cancelled! I contacted the company and they were not aware of the cancellation! For sure they have received an email but due to ignorance they didn’t know about it! Ok so what to do? After 3 hrs waiting in the lobby, They told me that we have booked another hotel and you can go there, I went to the second hotel again there was no booking under my nam
