The hotel isn't bad, but it's expensive for the winter season. I advise anyone coming to Sulaymaniyah who has to stay at this hotel to avoid, avoid, avoid booking a room overlooking Sarginar Street (the main street) because they will have difficulty sleeping due to the excessive noise of cars.
