newly constructed motel, location is very good about 5 minutes far from Duhok Mall (Mazi Plus Mall) also in-front of Dilshad Mohammad Saeed Public Park, near to many of markets as "New Star Holland 2", and cafe shops as "Sipan House", also you can find easily street car parking.
The cleanest and most beautiful place, in my experience. May God bless its owner for his efforts.

Good apartments for families or groups of young people. The management is very respectful, and the prices are very reasonable for the size. The street is very nice, and almost all necessities are nearby. The only downsides are the breakfast and the cleanliness. If I travel to Duhok again, I will definitely book because the place is fantastic.

As you walk through the small alley like entrance you are met with a staircase covered with a stained red carpet , dirty rectangular mirrors hanged up on the wall and cheap tacky lights that keep flickering. Now Iam not saying that I expected alot from this motel but it was BEYOND dirty , when I was about to step into the elevator I noticed a warning saying it has a limit of four people , concerning much for a ten story motel ? When I stepped out of the elevator I was met with an ATROCIOUS smell…Moving on to the room I was given was even worse , when you step in you are granted (cursed) with a
I had booked a room there the day before my trip to Duhok, based on what I read from guides who had visited the place before me. Upon arriving with my family, I was in for a real shock. This motel is not suitable for people with disabilities, and I have a disabled child whom I have to carry. First, you have to climb a staircase nearly four meters high, then enter the reception area where the elevator is located. Upon seeing the apartments, the second surprise was that the place was filthy, to say the least. The sheets, which should be white, were black, and the bathrooms were only squat toilet
The cleanliness is poor and the windows open easily. The internet is very weak. The air conditioners are old and weak, dating back to 2014. I rate the service 2.5/5. Cleanliness 2/5. The bathrooms are only Western-style. They turn off the electricity when you leave, meaning anything in the fridge will spoil. The service for the price is below average. There is no free breakfast. Overall, I rate it 4/10.
