Awesome hotel, very good hygiene, lovely staff, they have breakfast as well, serving at the 5th floor with amazing views of the entire city. Also it's in a good location and one can walk to the tourist attractions. Definitely recommend in mid range hotels!

This hotel recently has been renovated. .very clean. .it's a bit pricey . Respectful and friendly staff. . a poor breakfast.

The elevator is not working well, the room rate is very high for space ( very small ) and for the poor services I don’t recommend this hotel ,i Give him only one star for breakfast. It was okay.

Location is good. Breakfast is more than enough. There are so many hot food option to eat. It is clean hotel. There is an underground parking place. 2 persons room is little small. I suggest you to get 3 persons room. We did not have any issue while staying 2 days.

The rooms are very tidy and the bathroom is large and nice. The air conditioning was a little weak, but we didn't notice a difference because the weather was mild in September. The breakfast was excellent. I only took a picture of the breakfast.

My hotel booking was based on reviews in the description. After arriving and checking into a suite, I was surprised to be moved to a suite on a different floor, allegedly because the room wasn't finished! The AC wasn't working properly, the refrigerator was broken, the lighting was very poor, and the bathroom was small compared to other hotels with similar prices! I stayed at this hotel for three days. The staff were smiling, the cleanliness was excellent, and they brought whatever I needed immediately at the reception. If I come to Erbil again, I would book this hotel immediately. 10/10

I reserved the hotel for my Iranian parents, and they were very satisfied with their stay. Since they did not speak the local language, the Iranian staff member, Mehdi Fazlolahi and Belal, who are part of the management team, were extremely helpful and supportive. The staff were very kind and accommodating. As it was Ramadan, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast at 3:00 a.m. Overall, my parents had a comfortable and pleasant stay

It is walkable to the market and and it has a small underground parking lot, service is okay. (Important point, if you coming from outside of Iraq or has booked online throughout apps or website, keep in mind the currency exchange is different between the bank and local market, which they will charge you more based on the black market rate. Even if you ask to pay with card, they will charge your more and try to convince you that it is a card fee. Check the dollar rate to know the actual price.)

My experience at MyHotel Erbil was generally good. The room was of an alright quality. Staff were generally kind and reliable. Hotel restaurant is the highlight, high quality food delivered every morning included in the price of your booking. View was nice and the restaurant was modern. Chef Mehdi was very kind and attentive to me and my party, offering great food and incredible service.

They gave us a tiny, claustrophobic room with a small window facing directly onto an air conditioning unit, so essentially there was no window at all. I understand it was an "economy" room, but this was an extreme interpretation of what that should mean. Had I known in advance, I wouldn’t have taken that room even for free. For two out of the three days of our stay, there was no hot water in the shower. We reported the issue to reception, but it was downplayed and no solution was provided. To make matters worse, on the last day, some of our personal belongings disappeared from the bathroom.

I recently stayed 5 nights at this hotel with my family in a family room, and our experience was very positive. The staff were outstanding, especially Mohammed at the reception, who was always helpful and attentive. A good hotel close to lots of eating places. It has an underground car park so my bike is very safe. My single room is big enough for me and has a good bathroom.

Good but the standard rooms is very small

Our room was on the small side and had no window, but there are other larger rooms available with views of the city. In any case, the hotel is well located and certainty value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had many options. We enjoyed our stay.

I know this hotel. we have stayed here before. we wanted to stay here again. I looked online to see if there were any free rooms. There were a lot of free rooms. We were nearby and wanted to book 2 rooms in person. Reception said nothing was available. no free rooms!! I looked online again to see if they have free rooms. Yes, they had! I don't understand the reason! but we found a great hotel.

This hotel was cheap but the room, service and location we got for that price was really worth it. Know that the electricity and warm water can disappear some times in the day since that is the case in Kurdistan/Irak :/ I recommend to install the app Careem. That is a Uber look a like app where you can take a taxi wherever you like without scams. Payment is in cash

I have visited Erbil for two days. This hotel I have picked via booking app. The price is decent. Staff of hotel is very polite and keen to do their job. Hotel have an underground parking. Also it is located very close to Erbil Citedal and other city center places. I would recommended for an accomedation single and family.
