The bank is in a bad state and lately they've been exchanging dollars at 130 and they don't leave dollars in the ATMs, so if you withdraw Iraqi dinars they'll give you at 130.

The worst bank ever! The customer service is the worst, the slowest, and the most unprofessional, unexperienced staff! If you prefer to waste hours and hours of your day, open an account there. That's of course if they finished their chitchat and were willing to work. ** They say it is open here; yet, you go there and no one's there! Worst experience ever!

The customer service is horrendous and the closing time is the worst last time I went there I got the approval for authorization letter but when i went to cashier they said it was closing time and I had to come back the day after…..

If you want to waste 3 to 4 hours of your time for a simple deposit, visit this branch! Allegedly they have 6 tellers, but at maximum 3 of them give service, the rest are busy with everything except their jobs!
