National Bank of Iraq - Sulaymaniyah Salim Branch

So crowded

I don’t recommend this bank. The customer service is very bad. One woman who works there as a manager refusing to open my bank account, even though I brought all the required documents they asked me to bring the day before. She kept asking for unnecessary things and didn’t let me open the account, which made me lose something very important that I needed the account for. Before I went there, people I know told me that this bank has a rude person who makes everything difficult, but I couldn’t believe it until I experienced it myself. I hope she goes through the same thing and loses something

The worst Banking experience I have ever had! The wait time is extremely long with no clarity or support from any employee.

Omg i got there right now and they were like we are closed i told him that they told me that they stay until 4 he said yes but they decided to leave wat a bad bank is this

One of the terrible banks in Iraq, zero customer service, zero discipline, and lack of professional employees. They keep you in line for hours and eventually send you home!!!

The worst bank in iraq! They don't answer u The costumer service talks to u while they are on their phone! I have been trying to open an account for a week. They haven't answered me a single time every day they say we are not able to open ur account in an extremely rude way! I have all the documents needed. U have to be a priority to open an account or know someone there ! Use any bank u can see just don't go near them

My bank is always in trouble now.
