A very well-rounded health centre with not just a state of the art gym, but a calm area to get my studies done before heading into the relaxing spa area. The perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of erbil and the staff make you feel very welcome and accommodate to your needs. It is constantly kept clean by the amazing staff and it doesn’t get too busy, which is great 👍🏼 special shoutout to Mr Shlovan, Yousif, Ibrahim and the gentlemen on the front desk for being so hospitable. It’s been everything I need and more for my 2 week visit to Erbil - would recommend.

25$ for 1 session. You can't even have a trying session... They close every day off... Not worth it !!

This gym is always too warm, and it’s definitely not worth the money.
The humidity and strong chlorine smell from the pool constantly fill the gym area, making it very uncomfortable.
Also, people in the gym can easily see into the pool, which makes it completely inappropriate and unusable for women.
I do not recommend this place.

The swimming pool is full of kids withouth any supervision. It lost the concept of wellness centre with nice music, open bar with nice jucies. Now it looks more like public kid's swimming pool.Very pity, just a year ago it was very nice place to exercise and relax, now very stressful place that you pay a lot.
