A very good hotel... excellent location... The rooms are clean and excellent... The breakfast is good but not excellent and lacks variety... The view from the restaurant and hotel is wonderful... The staff are friendly... While the staff's adherence to instructions is very good, showing more flexibility would satisfy the customer...

I'm really very satisfied with the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and we had a great night in Kurdistan. Breakfast was included and the service was excellent. I would definitely come back with my wife. Room 707 had a fantastic view! 🥰✈️

If I could, I'd give it no star. If there were a rating lower than one star, I would give it that for several reasons: 1. Very slow internet 2. One slow elevator 3. Poor treatment from the hotel staff 4. Open buffet breakfast served whenever they pleased, then they closed and left you without breakfast, showing no respect for the customer 5. They open your room when you leave the hotel even if you haven't requested cleaning, which is an invasion of your privacy

The hotel is terrible, and there is no room cleaning service. When I inquired at reception, they confirmed that room cleaning is not available. The internet is very poor and unreliable. The hotel has only one elevator despite having eight floors, resulting in a wait of more than half an hour to reach the rooms due to the large number of corporate groups. There is no complimentary water, tea, or tissues in the rooms, and the sheets, mattresses, and pillows were not changed during my five-day stay. The hotel's specifications indicate that it is rated as 3 stars or lower.

Poor service and lack of respect. They take a 30,000 IQD deposit that they keep even after you check out of the hotel, charging you for things you didn't do in the room. You can verify this in the other reviews below 👇. In addition, the internet is extremely slow, and the elevator is also very slow. The breakfast buffet is advertised as being from 7 to 10 AM, but when you arrive at 9 AM, they say there's no breakfast. This has happened to many guests. Sometimes we have to climb 6 or 7 flights of stairs.

You can't open the stove, it's only for the monthly subscription. The internet is very bad. The cooling is very bad. There are no dishes. There is no hospitality. The tea is cold.

The hotel is tired and does not have any safety measures. The suite room does not have a cook. It also fines the customer for things he did not do, as it spreads paints and changes the mattresses while the person is out. If he is accused of doing it, he will be asked to pay a fine.

I do not recommend this hotel to any individual or company manager because of its rude and racist treatment of its own people and families simply because we are Arabs. They also engage in fraud and deception, providing dirty, bloody bedding and then blaming the customer to collect a fine. How long will this farce continue? There is a complete lack of oversight.

This hotel is a complete failure. The manager and staff provide terrible service, imposing penalties for things the customer didn't do, like soiling or spreading paint on the bed. I'm a company representative who deals with them, and I regret it.
