A truly magnificent complex

Its name is like a work of art, a masterpiece created by God. It's a work of art, a masterpiece of natural beauty, with artistic colors, and breathtaking scenery. Kurdistan deserves this beauty; its people are truly deserving.

From the Sulaymaniyah complexes

Wonderful, beautiful, and its services are good.

I participated in building the community by carrying out electrical work for more than 150 homes.

Great place but a bit too expensive

Crazy water leakages imo if it's that expensive might as well have great infrastructure

Location near the city center

Failed properties, just advertising and poor services. The water is very scarce and the corner buildings leak water from an unknown source, as they claim.
