After a long search, this is the best hotel in Ain Kawa, Erbil. It's top-notch in cleanliness, excellent service from the receptionist Osama, top-notch in price, and the furniture is brand new. It truly deserves five stars, without exaggeration.

Clean, smells great, great staff and really fast internet. Only thing they could do is fix their running water; it seeps cold water during hot showers and that could make you sick.

This is a great hotel with good value for your money. The hotel is centrally located in a good neighborhood with friendly staff. Will visit again on my next visit to Erbil.

I am amazed to find such a clean property with a super clean room, even though it is rated as a 2-star hotel. I booked two rooms, and both were very clean and well-equipped with all your needs, including all toiletries, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, and many more travellers' essentials above expectations.

This Hotel is definitely great. After a long travel we prepared and packed for a flight in this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped us very kindly with all the questions and struggles we had. The rooms are great, very clean and modern and the breakfast was very jummy! The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and professional.. it’s a one floor hotel but like 5 stars hotel they even put tooth brush and toothpaste in the bathrooms along with combs and sewing kit.. the lobby is super nice and cozy.. they offer 24/7 coffee and tea.. it’s true that they don’t offer breakfast but for me the competitive price along with service and the cleanliness of rooms thats more than enough.. one more thing the hotel is a part of big complex that contains a beauty salon, pharmacy and exchange shop and they offer parking spot for the cars. The rooms are clean. That's the only positive. Be prepared to carry your bags up a flight of stairs as there's no elevator from the reception. The hotel air fresheners are so strong that they give you a headache. The rooms are TINY, and have just a tiny window. There are no adapters. When contacting the reception, they said they didn't have adapters. This is strange given that electronics and small appliances, such as hairdryers, are sold in Erbil with a variety of types of plugs. Also strange because they are used all throughout the lounge areas. THE MANAGER WAS UPSET THAT THE RECEPTIO

I booked Niagara Hotel and upon our arrival we were told by the receptionist that my cousin could not stay at the hotel as unlike me he was a citizen of Erbil. He said that this was a rule. It was ludicrous as we didn't experience this anywhere else in Erbil.

Clean and good for families , but room number 120 is so noisy because of the sound of electrical generator under it . I hope give us another room in the next time .

It was a good place to stay in the capital of Kurdistan, Erbil. They don't serve breakfast, which is a drawback, but it's a clean hotel and has a central location for the city.

It's very clean and the fragrance is amazing, and there's a parking garage opposite the hotel. The only downside is that there's no breakfast. However, there are markets and restaurants nearby.

Honestly, it's the best hotel I've stayed in Erbil. I didn't miss a thing. It's clean, in a great location, has excellent prices, and is so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

First of all, the hotel's location is great, close to everything. The rooms are very clean, the entire hotel smells fresh, and the staff and management are very helpful. The room rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend it. Note: The hotel is respectable and family-friendly.
