A clean hotel and very smooth service...and to be honest, the staff are very humble 🌹🌹

The room was dirty. The toilet was dirty. I had to go to the reception to ask for cleaning. The 4th time, the cleaner/janitor came and he says we had customers, that’s why it is unclean. And he just changed the bedsheet. What an excuse?! And I booked it online 2 weeks ago prior to my arrival. You don’t know when your customers arrive? You can’t manage that?

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was average. The rooms were fairly good. The bathroom had some malfunctions.

This hotel is very old and needs a good cleaning of the walls, and if possible, a renovation or perhaps a paint job... not to mention the cats, as I'm allergic to cat hair and smoke...

The rooms are dilapidated, there's no hot water, and it's unsuitable for families due to the presence of tourist groups and young people. Additionally, the food served is cold in the morning.

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to Erbil, good location for the purpose of my trip, very friendly and helpful staff especially the reception team. The room size is spacious and worth price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erbil and will stay there in my next visit.

Excellent and reasonably priced

Very good hotel

This was my first time in erbil loads of other hotels gave me trouble so I switched to this one last minute after staying at other ones and they took care of me really well. Really enjoyed my stay here, would recommend staying here for other people and would come to stay here again in future.
