I had a very bad experience. The customer service and maintenance teams were unresponsive and unhelpful. They came to install the internet, but less than an hour after they left, the connection stopped working. I tried calling them many times, but no one answered. I’ve had no internet connection since day one.

Customer service is honestly terrible. They don’t listen, they don’t understand the problem, and they just repeat the same answers without helping. Even when I showed them full proof, they still refused to fix their mistake. Very unprofessional support.

Very bad experience. The technician used an old cable from the previous customer and didn’t bind my new service correctly. Because of this mistake, I bought a recharge card and the money went to the old customer’s account. I lost 29,500 IQD and the service didn’t activate. Customer support was not helpful at all I paid for installation + recharge for nothing. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service I ever dealt with. They made a mistake in my installation, and instead of fixing it, they blamed me. Support on WhatsApp is slow, rude, and not helpful at all. They don’t take responsibility for anything.

one of the worst service I have ever seen! customer service is sooo slow in responding! takes them 3 days to respond to an issue, and every time we follow up, they mention we are in line, and we will get the service when our turn comes! How ridiculous that sounds? and what does that even mean? is it that the internet is broken in the whole city? so we don't get our turn until after 3 days? pathetic service!

it was very fast at the beginning but now it worst. they give us 24 mb download speed first 6 months after that 3 mb download speed without telling costumers

The worst service and most awful customer service they've ever had. The employee who came to my house to install the cable was completely disrespectful and demanded extra money beyond what the company charges. If I didn't pay him, he wouldn't install the router. A very bad experience and I absolutely do not recommend them. My rating is below zero 👎👎👎

This company is absolutely terrible, and the service is zero. There's another internet provider that everyone relies on, but they shut down on Fridays, and we have to buy the 150,000 IQD card from them... We're living in the time of the Prophet, I swear!

The service is terrible and they have no credibility. I wish someone from the company could help me because I'm tired of calling and they keep telling me to come back tomorrow.

This is the worst internet I've ever seen. I can't even send a dog emoji to my friend. This is my last month of subscription.
