I've been a consumer for more than 2 years now, Although its the fastest home internet available in the city, it's PING get so high from time to time every day, which is a bummer because at that time you can't game, you can't stream a video, even your text chats are delivered late. Fix the issues with PING please.

The 5G service isn't working, I can connect but there's no internet. Why?

If you recharge with a lower speed card all your remaining days of it is 20 days are gone. So this is robbery from O3 telecom. What a shame.

The internet has been really slow lately we get like 10mbps when there is 1-3 persons using it i called them they came to “fix it” when the internet is the same slow one we called 4 of them and each one of them finds a new excuse
