The worst service. Sometimes the internet goes out on Fridays, and no one can even contact me. Whenever there's a storm, the internet goes out, and every time the company responds, the tower is under maintenance. For two days now, because of the rainy weather, the services have been out of service, and we have four subscriptions from the company, and not a single one of them is working. Bike is an unreliable company, and I regret ever relying on it. If the admin can prove this is incorrect, please do so.

This company is terrible, and I'm giving it one star for the following reasons: 1- The line is frequently down for hours, and when you call, there's no answer. They even rudely hang up on you. 2- They rarely answer, and when they do, it's always a diplomatic response with no results. 3- There's no compensation for the customer when the line is down for the duration of the outage, such as tower maintenance and reactivation. 4- The NanoStation costs $40 on the market, but they sell it to customers for over $100 and only accept purchases from them. 5- In advertising, it's advertised as unlimited
