I visited the city and I stayed for 4 days in this hotel. The service was very bad. The floor, the sheets and the pillows were dirty. We asked for changing the bed sheets and the pillow cases but the hotel did not respond. I do not recommend it for anyone

The rooms are okay from the fourth floor but the restaurant is not good cause the little choice every day the same food no change no fruits no desserts at all about the location not bad there are two clothes shops near the hotel and supermarkets also city mall is near too

In my opinion this is the 3rd best hotel on that road after Copthorne and Lalezar. The difference in the price is compromised by services of course but it very decent place in a decent price. Yes there are cheaper hotels available as well but with no cleanliness and pathetic smell . It’s a good find for me planning to check inn on regular bases.

Beds aren't comfortable and bathrooms are pretty bad. Breakfast isn't so good either. Only good thing is the staff.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Honestly, it's a good hotel with a good, quiet location, but it was a bad experience due to some negatives that they didn't seem to care about, especially considering the price. For example, the rooms were very cold and the floors weren't furnished. The bed and mattress were very uncomfortable, and the soundproofing between rooms was poor.

A terrible hotel. The rooms are filthy and the mattresses are worn out. One of their waiters is incredibly rude. He talks like he's doing you a favor. I ask him to change the mattress, and he says no, it's the one we have. He's talking to the receptionist on his phone in Kurdish, telling him if I change the mattress, the price will increase. And he's so rude! Whenever he sees me in the rooms, he talks down to me like I'm his employee.
