Ramada by Wyndham Erbil Gulan Street

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.The breakfast spread was tasty and had a good variety. the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. The room was well-equipped and had a lovely view. The The negative points are, regarding the staff that almost all of them dont know kurdish language, and the room was quite noisy, and I could hear live music next to our hotel all night.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience — one that I genuinely regret. I paid $170 per night, and it was absolutely not worth the price. You can easily find much better places for a lower rate. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photos, and the breakfast was nothing special — very basic and below average. The worst part was the reception staff. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional. They even called me asking to come back to the hotel and pay for the second night, as if I were trying to run away without paying. This was both insulting and c

One of the best and standard hotel in country, you can get relax in you room with fit dimension to 5 stars hotel and clean... Facilities available with good service... Breakfast also fine and contain many options to be chosen and start your day... I had one comments about their services need to improve more and staffs need to be aligned more.

A great 7-night stay at this hotel with an inspiring atmosphere, good and competent staff, friendly reactions, also excellent and clean bathroom, rooms, toilet, and perfect hospitality. Its live music when having dinner, in outdoor restaurant beside the pool is deeply recommended.

Overall its one of the best hotels in erbil. Everything you could ask for really, and it has a nice restaurant with a very good menu (a bit pricy tho). Also a nice quiet bar. Only issue is internet connection, i stayed at least 6 times at this hotel and the only nuisance i found is the wifi signal strength. They can provide you with an additional access point to your room whenever asked for but you know, I'd rather not have this issue at all😅 Location is not the best, but its close to the english village and sami abdulrahman park (biggest park in erbil) so you'll be covered in terms of restau

The worst experience ever! They lied about the booking; it was one thing and another in reality. You booked a room for three people, but they gave you a room with two beds and a third bed for children (movable). The service was awful, the rooms were very small, and the prices weren't cheap.
