Very nice hotel in very nice location every thing was perfect in the hotel the room was large and clean the breakfast was very delicious and varied the gym and swimming pool were perfect and clean Parking is free in large underground park , The staff are friendly.

Great luxury hotel and friendly staff

The location is perfect, close walk to Kaso Mall. The emerald restaurant has great varieties of food for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is delicious and there are so many options. Room is comfortable and spacious. A/C works well too. There is also on-site gym, swimming pool. The only complain is the smell in the lobby.

I wasn't expecting such a comfortable, delightful stay. Impressed by the warm welcoming from all the staff, especially Ms. kizhan Impressed by the 24/24 hr service offered and by the facilties the hotel has. Very elegant restaurants with a wide range of cuisines. Having a defined time for women using the swimming pool and spa facilities was one of a kind. Highly recommend to give it a try and enjoy the stay.💐

The best hotel in Slemani. We a family with 3 kids stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are very nice and clean. Beautiful pool and spa/Turkish bath area. Everything was perfect. Thanks to all staff for being so friendly and service minded. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean; good place to stay in Sulimanya, staff is nice and cooperative, food is available, breakfast is complementary, swimming pool, gym available, look for the room rates they offer discounts on special occasions, it has a fantastic view of the city and is close to many nice places on the street, including markets and eating out cafés and restaurants.

this is a chain hotel and follow the international standards. I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed a lot. very perfect breakfast in the high level restuarant which there is a perfect view to the city. the only problem was that in some time in the day, electricity power gone and after 3 secends again connected ! I dont know why but it was really disturbing .

Room only has shower and no bath tub, the location is very nice and in the center of the city without bing too local, the service was not good as the room was not prepared well, there were no enough bathing kit ie. Shampoo etc... also there was no bath rope.

The worst hotel. The bathroom stinks and spreads to the rest of the room. The shower water floats out with the dirt. The reception staff are inexperienced in dealing with these problems.

I liked residence in Ramada Sulaymania, the suite was so wide, comfortable, quite, modern, well equipped and my family felt as at home , the staff were friendly, hotel location is in center of Sulaymania city and close to all visit points, free park under hotel available, the hotel view in main street in city is nice to walk or drive around once like that. more description in photos Montaser Al Ismee

Best location and very lovely staff

The room was very dirty, no one come to clean it for me, I asked the Manager for cleaning he said loudly and rudely that your room was on do not disturb in the morning and now we do not clean, and I have not put the sign on the door anyway, I will never self book this hotel again, as sleeping is nightmare there.

I was in the Presidential Suite, and it was fantastic. The entire hotel offers a wonderful experience, complete with great food choices and exceptional staff. Highly recommended if you're ever in Kurdistan.

the rooms are very good and this is the only thing that's good actually, the swimming pool is small and only 1.30m in deep so it's just a joke ,the breakfast is good. the bad thing is there timing for gym is the worse in the universe they close at 10 am till 4 pm and become for women only . then at night they close it at 10 come on what time should i go i really hope they change , and there staff is rude and not professional

Not a pleasant experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Hard pillows, noisy rooms, no isolation, you can hear everything going on in the hotel while sleeping. The iron in the room ruined my shirts when I used it. Very slow responses.

My recent stay at Ramada Hotel was far below expectations, particularly given the high prices. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was unprofessional. It took them 45 minutes to check us in, and the exchange rate they used for payment was far behind the local standard. Communication was appallingly rude—they openly conversed among themselves while my family waited. We minimized our interactions with the staff after that, but unfortunately, things only got worse. Located on the main street in the city, easy to reach everything. Service was excellent, a very friendly and helpful team, made you feel very welcome and looked after. Rooms were well equipped, super clean and spacious, very comfortable bed too. Spa and gym was excellent. Just time your visits as its not always open to men and women with separate hours. The inhouse sports therapist chiropractor was great too.

This is what you want for a short comfortable stay. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean, iron and ironing board is available for each room, Breakfast is served in an open buffet system, with good variety of items. Bread is prepared in an oven inside the restaurant. Prices are relatively higher than the others.

Starting from the reservation till the check out, everything things went in an excellent way. The staff is very friendly and helpful , they made a great effort to ensure my visit to Sulaymaniyah and the the hotel stay unforgettable. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the food is so delicious with reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel and of course will be there again, it’s an amazing place.

Had a great stay, rooms are clean and tidy, staff was welcoming and very friendly and the service was great. Booked a 24SQM standard room, but the lady at the reception gladly upgraded us to a bigger room without additional charges.|Definitely staying here on my next visits to Sulaimanyah.

I really loved the jacuzzi, the swimming pool and the fitness center. The steam bathes are also great. You will also love the breakfast, included, you can have local and universal foods for free as far as you go to the restaurant before 10am. It is close to the city center. You can walk to the traditional market in about 5 minutes.
