Ramada Hotel Erbil

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience — one that I genuinely regret. I paid $170 per night, and it was absolutely not worth the price. You can easily find much better places for a lower rate. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photos, and the breakfast was nothing special — very basic and below average. The worst part was the reception staff. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional. The worst experience ever! They lied about the booking; it was one thing and another in reality. You booked a room for three people, but they gave you a room with two beds and a third bed for children (movable). The service was awful, the rooms were very small, and the prices weren't cheap.
