The Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Erbil 32 Park is one of Erbil's finest and most beautiful hotels. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Sitting in the hotel's garden is a delightful and peaceful experience, especially in this beautiful weather. 🌿☕️ The hotel's location is excellent, close to all amenities, and the staff are courteous and truly demonstrate genuine hospitality. A wonderful experience worth repeating! 👏🌟

I visited this place last week for a three-day UNDP workshop. The hall was rather small, and the electricity went out several times throughout the day. There was no parking available, so I had to park outside the hotel. The restaurant's location was very nice, and the food was excellent.

A clean and high-quality hotel. Don't forget to request a non-smoking room; otherwise, you'll struggle to sleep with the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. The breakfast, spacious rooms, and restaurant are all quite good.

I recently visited the hotel for their breakfast buffet and was very impressed. The variety, freshness, and taste of the food were excellent – a perfect way to start the day! I want to especially thank Chef Ibrahim, who was incredibly kind and attentive. You can really tell he puts care and passion into his work. Every item on the buffet was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully arranged. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Even though I wasn’t a hotel guest, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to en

I cannot say enough about how incredible my experience at the Ramada Hotel Erbil was thanks to Terez. She is truly exceptional — welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to helping guests. She went above and beyond in every way, taking care of everything I needed and turning what could have been a stressful day into a wonderful one. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy made all the difference. Terez is a true asset to the hotel, and I am deeply grateful for her outstanding service. My stay at the hotel was wonderful|The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very quiet.|A special thanks to Deyaa, who really paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. He made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel ⭐️

Nice stay. Helpful and attentive staff. Good location. Clean rooms and reception. Very nice response by Thaaer and Taraiz. Would recommend to ease the security a bit. And to have a life station for eggs and omletes. Room size is very good as well.

My house is next to there and I see the security is very good they armor guns they have fit clothes

Nice room and clean.the Staff vary hehelpfulness

We expected more professional staff at the hotel, and it was a disappointing experience.

One of the worst experiences ever in Erbil! The hotel in general was very unclean. The room, abeit spacious, had many issue and was not very clean with hair everywhere the minute I was given the key. The design of the room was off as shelving were not the standardised hights and conference rooms had only 1 or 2 electricity outlets. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The morning service staff much better than that of the night one. The hotel itself had many uncomfortable looking people and is certainly not for families to stay in so please be aware. I was on a buisness trip for 2 nigh

The room was so nice and clean and staff very helpful.

I visited this hotel for training purposes. The company paid for three days full meeting reservation with lunch included for 30-40 people. It really felt like that the company did make some good payment for all the services. However, during the meeting electricity went off multiple times causing difficulties and wasting time. Plus, the worst part was when the parking team had the audacity to ask for a parking fee. Every day for three days. Almost 10-15 of the attendees paid IQD 5K each. Horrible management. Seems like they're after money only.

One of the best hotels i ever been to. The staff are amazing a real gentleman, so respectful & helpful people. Even the security are very serious in there job and so polite. Regarding the accommodation, the rooms are so clean and healthy the room service are superior, for 5 days i never had to request anything missing. Internal Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym everything clean and ready to use. Beyond all the smiles and greetings from the staff made my day. At last the service of transportation to airport will get you to the Departure Gate. My luck was with nice gentleman called Mohammed in black Chr

Cleanliness: very clean, organized and tidy Reception staff: all were very professional, very positive and pleasant attitude proactive and helpful. Restaurant at the pool: delicious food and staff there all are helpful and professional and proactive, restaurant manager delivered above and beyond service, made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

The place is very familiar for couples|Amazing food and the welcoming team are well educated, well done to this management

Warm welcome, friendly service, and very helpful at every step. I want to thanks all the staff specially reception team Terez,Avak,Ahmed,Dina

Breakfast is very good staff is friendly and very nice, you have to as for stuff it's not provided like electric socket adapter and Iron.

I was happy with the hotel for everything except the food, the fold wasn't bad, but for that price I would expect better food than what was served.

Best employee is ali Razzouk he is halls manage|And lama sales executive|Location is good |Internet good |Service good |Cleaning|Sweat empolyees |Good deal with problem |Good halls management |The food is not well in lunch |Also totally service is good
