It is booked by Iraqi tour agent. So it is not suitable for solo visitors. All the members are satisfied with their rooms except me and a newly married couple. The newly married couple shift to another hotel. I stayed cause my visite is for 2 days and I found changing my hotel will be more disturbing. I must mention that the problem is in floor 7 only which WAS a worker department. Now I will mention the main things: The breakfast is so so so bad, one must think about breakfast out side the hotel. No room services , only one person in the reseption at night who do NOTHING. NO ROOM SERVICE AND

Incompetent people working here. They Forget my ID to give it back.

After spending the second day, I will re-examine the rooms. They are very, very comfortable, but I only recommend improving cleanliness because, frankly, they are not clean at all. There are stains on the stove, the bed, and the floor. Please clean them thoroughly because they are dirty. Please use a bathroom freshener instead of bleach, or use a freshener after bleach. And what about shampoo? What's going on? You are helpful, and the location is good. Please pay attention to these points, and if you become the best hotel, I hope you will work on this. Located in the ceramics market area, a 10-minute walk from Duhok market. It has 7 floors. The rooms are average size. Cleanliness is acceptable. There's only one elevator, which is slow. The internet is good. The furniture is old, and the bathroom needs maintenance. The breakfast is poor and meager. The air conditioning is good, but there are no balconies. The hotel entrance is not suitable for the elderly due to a steep and tiring staircase. The staff are friendly and helpful. It deserves 3 stars at most.

To be honest, I changed rooms four times due to poor quality; the fans were broken, the air conditioners weren't clean, and the rooms themselves weren't clean. I hope you'll do some maintenance on the hotel because we're here as tourists and want to see nice scenery.

The hotel's location is good and it has a beautiful view, but it lacks cleanliness, the breakfast is poor and doesn't offer many items, and there is no room cleaning service.

A good hotel with excellent service and reasonable prices. I'm happy to be visiting them again and hope it will be even better next time. After my fifth visit, I can add that the staff's service compels any guest to return.

The rooms are very dirty and the bedding is also dirty. They didn't clean the rooms during our stay. The elevator is slow and there is only one elevator. I do not recommend it at all.

An old and tired hotel that does not even deserve two stars. The room is very small. The water heater does not work and the water is cut off. There is only one elevator and all the families go up and down from it. It can hold 4 people, no more.

The rooms are small and unclean, with hair everywhere, especially animal hair, and the reception staff are unprofessional and unfriendly.

A nice, fairly clean place, but it needs some improvements. The restaurant is terrible. Its location is very close to the Duhok market and the Kli area; you can walk there.

Some employees entering apartments after leaving for sightseeing trips to turn off the lights instead of informing us... this is a violation of privacy... this is one of the reasons for the above rating.
