Can someone please tell us if buying into this project is a worthwhile investment or not?

Excellent residential complex, I recommend investing in it

A three-tower residential complex, a new project with a promising future, overlooking 150th Street. Its value will increase significantly when the green space is completed. Among the residents It is also located near resorts and there are markets, a gym, a pharmacy, etc.

A modern and beautiful complex, but far from the city center, yet its prices are reasonable.

Excellent project... The supervisors are very helpful... The services and security are excellent... The project is definitely worth living in, without exaggeration.

A beautiful project, but slow in construction.

I wish there are more details

Newly built, 150 meters away with a good view, the only problem is that it is far from markets and important shopping centers, you must have a private car or taxi to get around, there is a minibus that runs close to this complex.

This is a fraudulent project. They took our money in 2022, and to this day there is no construction on the ground. They refuse to return the money paid, and there is a lawsuit filed by the people who bought the money. We are waiting for the court to decide.
