Good services and reliable bank.

One of the top banks offers very good services

During the quarantine its open Mondays and Wednesdays

Maybe the most reliable bank in Dohuk but expect long waiting times here.

The bank is too small and the staff is too lazy, once, it took me an hour to withdraw money from here! The place is nice, but it doesn't have enough services!

The worst bank ever. RT BANK DUHOK BRANCH is literally a nightmare to visit. Here are the reasons: The services are awful, and the staff constantly ignore you at the counter after you've waited in line for too long. Their employees chit-chat from one window to another about personal, meaningless, non-work-related topics while you're just there waiting for any kind of support. They just ignore your issue and play ping-pong with you, transferring you from one to another because they don't know their tasks and requirements. Not professional at all. The online services for contacting the bank

Absolute joke of a bank, They do not commit to the time schedule. Decline any customer after 11:30 unless its a "special customer" and makes the customer in need wait for no reason. Overall the management reeks, I'd even dare to say the …

I've been at this branch (Duhok) for over an hour waiting for the employee, who is busy on her mobile phone.

The bank is too small and the staff is too lazy😠 …

Than bank staff, employees and even the security staff are absolutely cold and disrespectful. They don't even acknowledge you're physically there waiting for some help or the most basic guidance.

Worst and most unprofessional staff ever. Honestly, I have never seen such a lack of basic professionalism or courtesy in any supposed customer-oriented business. Their customer service is beyond bad—almost like they are actively trying to …

The employees are very disrespectful of the customers’ time. I went for a service and the girl at the gate ignored me and had a chitchat with …

Worst Bank in all of Iraq. Unnecessarily long processes and really disorganized.

Worthless.

This is the worst, most sloppy bank I have ever encountered in my life. I have nothing good to say about this "bank". I would have never started an account here if the government had not forced me to do so.

How are you?

The worst

WORST BANK EVER! TERRIBLE SERVICE. SLOWEST PROCEDURES I HAVE EVER SEEN COMPARED TO ALL OTHER BANKS. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

Terrible customer service, I have been calling them for two days with no response, one person responded once and tried to get rid of me right away. Their ATM machines are not working most of the time.

Hewler branch did not let me enter because I was wearing shorts. Don't go there if you're wearing shorts -.-

Simply useless, applied for an online shopping card over 2 weeks ago and so far received nothing.their phones are always off and their customer service is abysmal.highly inefficient.
