A new and clean hotel. The sheets and bathrooms were very clean. I recommend it for accommodation; it's cleaner than the hotels I've stayed in in Erbil, and the price was lower. As for breakfast, it was among the best in Iraq, from Basra to Zakho. Even better than five-star hotels in Erbil, and at a lower price.

The hotel is very tidy and clean. The staff's service and organization are top-notch. There's a very respectful lady named Ayat who tries to help in every way possible. I highly recommend it, and I hope they maintain this level of service.

Honestly, it's very clean and new, and the service is good. The only downside is that the room faces the street; there's no soundproofing. I stayed in room 605 and had some trouble sleeping. Also, there are no stairs for luggage when entering the hotel. Everything else was perfect, but the price is a bit high; a double room costs 85,000.

The breakfast was unappealing. The rooms were small. The staff was limited. There was no on-site parking. There was no ramp for wheelchairs and no cribs. They have many shortcomings that need addressing. A hotel isn't just about looks; the services are more important.

I stayed at the Rek Holiday Hotel in Erbil for four nights. It had a beautiful view, especially from the upper floors, and honestly, it was one of my best experiences. The hotel is very elegant and new, with unparalleled cleanliness and attention to detail. There are two fast and modern elevators, and the staff are respectful and courteous. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the location is close to the city center, where everything a traveler needs is nearby, especially the mosque. I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The staff were wonderful, the hotel was clean and new, the service was good, the breakfast staff were helpful and respectful, and the receptionist was very respectful and helpful. I wish them all the best.

Based on my experience calling to book five rooms, the reception staff who answered the calls had absolutely no connection to hotel work. They could be anything but receptionists; they had no knowledge of customer service and didn't understand what a hotel or receptionist does. My rating is less than zero. I hope the management changes and becomes more professional.

For tourism, it's close to many attractions such as Majidi Land and the zoo, and for shopping, it's near Majidi Mall, Family Mall, the flea market, and even the Citadel. For patients, it's also close to well-known private hospitals like Zhin Hospital and Al-Rasoul Hospital. The hotel is modern, seven stories high, and offers rooms of various sizes, in addition to a restaurant and a gym. It also has a parking garage and ample outdoor parking. Most rooms offer stunning views.
