It's a public hospital located in Erbil city, it offers a wide range of medical services to its patients, but the quality of services is not as good as it should be based on the international standards.
The patients and their companions get exhausted while they do the hospital routine to check up, waiting in line, and many issues that made this hospital not meet international hospitals.
I would suggest the following points to improve:
