I absolutely loved their work and their professional staff. I loved the very reasonable prices. The wavy style is amazing; my sister has short hair and they did a really, really beautiful wavy style for her, all at a great price and in a very nice setting. This is my regular salon since I've been to Erbil; I've made them my go-to.

Their work is nice but they’re all very rude. The receptionist is horrible and always has an attitude, she seems very miserable. Their services are very expensive and there are better salons like Luvion which are cheaper. At Sam Salon you have to pay to use hair extensions when at other salons it’s included with the initial price and you take it back the next morning. I told them I wanted to get my hair coloured and they said it’s impossible because my hair was damaged and said it would be bad for my hair, even though it was not damaged, I went to a salon after back home in CANADA and got it c

For my wedding i chose this salon just because i liked the work of the makeup artist and the hairdressers, But the receptionest is horrible with a very rude attitude she talked to me with a very rude and miserable attitude on my wedding day , although i like their work but i will never return to this salon because of the receptionist, idk whats wrong with this salon and why they don't hire a more polite and friendly receptionist

My experience with the salon was miserable. I was pregnant and during the Corona period, I couldn’t find anyone to leave me makeup because I was afraid of infecting me. My sister was a bride next to them, meaning that I am the bride’s sister. I wanted to change and keep some simple makeup on my hand. They refused, and the secretary agreed. I kept begging and telling her we have a photoshoot and they didn’t agree. I was 7 months pregnant. I told her, “Okay, are you going to bring me makeup?” They refused. The hairstyles were a complete mess, and the work was shoddy. They didn't match the picture we requested at all; they all looked the same. The makeup was very basic, not the work of a professional makeup artist. There was no contouring or face shaping. It was a 20-minute job, definitely not professional considering the price we paid. The work was subpar. Also, the staff were rude.

The receptionist's behavior was extremely disrespectful and showed no consideration for customers or the quality of her work. The manager also lacked respect for customers. I urge the salon owner to offer training courses to improve work ethic and customer service skills (the right person for the job). Regards.

I've tried most salons in Erbil, and they're all good, but my experience here was terrible. The staff don't respect customers, don't cater to their needs, and impose their own unreasonable rules. On top of that, the prices are exorbitant for makeup and hair; the service is awful, and they don't care about the customer's taste. I would never repeat the experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
