My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff and the owner were always in good spirits and extremely friendly and helpful. They always checked to see if everything was alright. The breakfast was fresh and simply superb! The hotel's cleanliness is remarkable; everything was spotless. The restaurant area is very elegant and luxurious, as are the hallway and entrance. I would especially like to highlight the beautiful view, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is in a good location. There's a supermarket nearby that provides most daily necessities, and it's also close to the zoo. Taxi travel from the hotel to anywhere in Duhok costs around 3000 dinars. Regarding cleanliness: The hotel building is new and clean, and the furniture is new. Regarding service: I didn't see them focusing on service. For example, there was no drinking water in the refrigerator, and when we asked them for it, they promised but didn't follow through 😂. Beautiful new hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful. Do tell the taxi driver that it is next to the Zoo. You can sit in the gardens at the Zoo in the evenings.

Good hotel and good service

A new and clean hotel.

This hotel is quite modern and innovative. The exterior building looks small, but the interior is spacious, with comfortable and beautiful hallways, lobby, and scenic restaurant. The buffet breakfast is plentiful; you can eat as much as you want. The food is clean, hygienic, and neatly presented. This hotel is worth staying at.

The hotel well designed with good rooms plus nice location and the price is also acceptable. Unfortunately, the service is pretty bad. Some workers are good but many look like they don’t want to work.. In my first day I went to throw a big bag and one reception a guys told me to go throw it myself on garbage bin outside and I don’t even know where it is. Too much groups with buses coming in and long waiting for elevator. Breakfast has good selection but it’s too busy due to groups coming in on one time.

Im writing this rate to the hotel, and this is going to be in 3 points 1- The reception team was very polite, helpful, and kind they helped us with every single request that we've requested. 2- Housekeeping services were very poor, and the housekeepers were unprofessional. 3- Dining and the most important thing was that the breakfast was awful, there was no variety in food and the quality was very bad. In conclusion the hotel is good but the services are bad except the reception team.

The hotel room and the bathroom were very clean ,the reception was friendly and cooperative , the breakfast buffet was average good but i liked that they fried the egg for you when you arrive at the buffet For me it was the best hotel on this vacation

Got into a room and immediately got soo eeppyyy (sleepy), the beds are so comfy as well and has its own delivery number :) Morning breakfast was so fire, no one was there early and they had chicken nuggets and omg omg the soup, I wanna come here :(

Close to the Zoo of Duhok. Beside the hotel is a supermarket and restaurant. Superclean new decorated rooms and kind service. Close to the City Centre by cab. Cabs available in the neighborhood.

This is a nice place with fairly decent price and the service and food was great I would Definitely recommend going here

After the unexpected cancellation of the unacceptable hotel "...", we came here. We were very upset and frustrated. However, the staff here were fantastic, so we ended up going to our room with a smile. 😀 They took care of providing us with proof that they hadn't received any money from Vio.com and that we had paid ourselves and received the invoice. They were really accommodating. The hotel was clean, there was nothing to complain about, and the price-performance ratio was good. 100% recommended.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The staff, may God protect and bless them, are incredibly polite and courteous. You truly don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; it's like being at home with your family or relatives because of their exceptionally refined manners. The hotel is newly established; I learned that it started operating less than a year ago. Its location is excellent, almost in the center of Dohuk. Its staff are polite but need professional training. Its rooms are not well designed, especially the sanitary facilities. The views from the rooms were not designed to be good. The problem lies in the building design and the interior designs.

Poor service. The rooms aren't as clean as they seem. The workers are always annoyed and don't do their jobs properly. The breakfast is very poor. As a hotel, it's good, but as a staff, it's very bad. They need to fix this.

The hotel is good and the rooms are good, but the bathroom fixtures (shower and bidet) are worn out. There's no iron or ironing board in the hotel, meaning you have to iron at the laundry. There's also no safe in the room. However, the best thing about the hotel is the very respectful staff and reception.

This was my first time booking. The reception was fantastic. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I had a problem, and they helped me with great kindness. The cleanliness was 100%. The comfort was unparalleled. I highly recommend booking without hesitation. And the best part is the safety, especially if you have children with you.
