We stayed at this hotel for one night But when we checked out, they charged us a fine for dirty sheets And the receptionist was rude and abusive And I would not recommend this hotel to travelers in any way

I wouldn’t come back here,this hotel was expensive for its state I paid 100$ for a 4 people room.the hygiene was super bad,I had to clean the beds myself but the room was very big and the bathroom was super small.the breakfast options were very limited. When I entered I knew this place had bad staff as they were all grouped at one place laughing and looking at us awkwardly and many more. I tried to write the complaint form but there was no pen or pencil?! I was first time in erbil , seever is near to downtown and the room is clean and big , nice and calm place to stay. Staffs are friendly . Breakfast is acceptable. Price is acceptable also and negotiable. Nice place for business traveling.can walk from here to citadel
