Delicious confectionery with respectful staff 🥤🧋🍰 the only complaint about the hookah (shisha), I wish they excluded it from the cafe, otherwise it is the best cafe shop in Suly 🤍

The food is good, service is one of the best with an awesome atmosphere. It's a smoking 🚬 cafe they serve Hookah, also you can play backgammon and chess . What makes this cafe so special is the service because the staff are university students they know the hospitality. All in all, Shaghf cafe is a Shisha cafe which is a good place for backgammon and chess players, also they have a great hospitality in an awesome atmosphere.

One of the best places in town, reasonable prices and most importantly a safe place. O forgot my charger and headphones there When i went to take it back, they put it in a package and gave it back, the staff is the key to the place, they are as friendly as possible. Recommend it 100%

Compared to other places, it’s a bit expensive. But the quality of their items is just excellent.
They serve some of the best coffee in Sulaymaniyah, The atmosphere is great, and it’s cozy.
It would deserve five stars if it weren't for the extremely annoying noise of the air extractor.
