It was clean, modern, and staffed with highly experienced personnel in administration and medicine.

Great service at Shiryan Hospital. The staff are professional, helpful, and the overall experience was very good. Everything felt well organized and handled with care. The main downside is that the prices are really expensive. Also, the walking access to the laboratory is not very convenient and could be improved. Overall still a good place in terms of service, but pricing and accessibility could be better.

I came in on Friday for a real concern. They told me they don't have the tests nor equipment to help do a proper test. The doctor was very naive. I left with no reassurance nor any kind of help. Waste of my time.

As usual, there was a line to see the doctor. However, the receptionist treated us very poorly and allowed her relative to cut the line and see the doctor first.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism I am writing this to express my deep frustration with the receptionist's behavior at this hospital. We have been coming here since the hospital first opened, but unfortunately, the service has declined. I tried calling the doctor's assistant for my mother's appointment, but the phone was locked/off. When I called the main hospital reception to simply ask if the doctor was present or if there was an issue, the receptionist was completely unhelpful. She refused to even check or provide a simple answer, stating "I can't" and just trying to give
