Well organized service, very clean cars. Keep in mind they do a very (overly) thorough inspection before and after rental and this adds quite a lot of time.

My experience was very slow and inaccurate regarding paperwork and financial statements. They told me I had to pay a $375 fine due to speeding cameras without any proof, and I asked them for photos of the violations. I suffered a lot, and after a long time, my accounts were finally settled after two years of renting the car. I wish you all the best. To be honest, the car was clean and the staff were respectful. (The procedures were very slow and inaccurate.)

Don’t rent from here. If they find out you’re on vacation, they’ll keep your deposit and pretend they “never received it.” It’s been four months, and I still haven’t gotten my $500 back. I’ve sent them all the proof showing I never received the refund, but they’ve completely ignored me. Let this be a warning to anyone looking for an honest business in the future.

Very bad company i booked land cruiser from them and i paid online when i reached there they said the car is not available i told them okay return my money they said we cant do anything for you i lost 500$ .

I strongly advise against renting a car from Sixt in Erbil. My experience has been utterly disappointing: After returning the car in perfect condition, I've been waiting over three months for my deposit to be refunded. Despite repeated contact, they keep making excuses like "internal processing," "system problems, or the finance department is working on it. Each time, they give a different story, but no concrete action is taken. It's crystal clear that there's no serious intention to refund the amount, which is unacceptable for an international brand like Sixt. Customers deserve transparency

I recommend looking elsewhere. This isn’t cheap and is a hassle. 1. They charged my credit card 3 times (one which was for an ‘off-hours’ fee that is ‘always charged’ no matter what time you return the car). 2. I was told that they needed to keep my physical passport under Iraqi law (which is just false, and they agreed to just scan it after I declined and told them no) 3. I was contacted by 3 different numbers over WhatsApp, but I still had to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes to return the car. 4. The agent attempted to charge my credit card a FOURTH time for a deposit after returning

Super high price, terrible service's, racist manager always find a way to manipulate you and get extra money. They charges me $70 for car wash because I don’t have a time or extra time to discuss with them, my flight was time changed and I drop the car seven hours early than a recent time. I still ask him to return the money for deposit and they cut another $70 because some a ticket have been two days before my picking it up and they did not figure it out yetI have to run to the airport. They twist my arm so bad Terrible experience. I guarantee you guys this is terrible terrible services total
