the room is good although i found the toilet not clean but the room is good and staff is great, but if your priorities like me for good gym in hotel this hotel is not for you ,there gym is bad and has low equipment and the funny thing is they charge people for 130$ monthly subscription 😅, also the breakfast is less than the other hotel by faaaaar in the same price range in sulimanya . also the sound isolation in the room not good you can hear what's happening outside or next room. the only good thing honestly is there staff is super good

The do have a place inside the hotel on the first floor it called PIANO, the do have dj’s on the weekend, but there cocktails are not good at all the are so cheap about the amount of alcohol the put in it !!!!!!!!!!

My experience at Slemani Rotana was extremely disappointing. The customer service was almost non-existent, and the overall service quality was far below what anyone would expect from a hotel carrying the Rotana name. Stay a way!!! Very disappointed with my experience at Slemani Rotana. Honestly, almost everything was the opposite of what was promised. The staff kept giving misleading information, and the overall service was extremely unprofessional for a hotel that claims to be luxury. The room was very small, overpriced, and not clean at all. The food smelled bad and tasted even worse. One of the most shocking things was when we asked for towels and were told they “don’t have any because they are busy.” That is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
