Ordered a latte and waited a long time while several customers who arrived after me were served first. I had to remind the barista about my order, and he seemed to have forgotten it. When he finally brought my drink, it was an iced coffee instead of a latte. After apologizing, he made the correct drink. The latte tasted good, but the service was disorganized, and there wasn't even a cup holder for the hot drink, making it difficult to carry. I will look for another choice around next time
