I would give under zero like (-5 )The spa 300 in Erbil Ankawa I didn’t choose it actually They are located in Hyksos hotel that I reserved on booking hotel with spa .so unfortunately I shocked. spa area is freezing so cold when you get out from sauna you would get cold as I got . Jacuzzi is not working . .They let me to waits 2days as they said engineers will try to fix it but nothing was working .cold jacuzzi , no steam room . You need get out all the way you room to take shower after spa area !!?no service after I asked many times she gave me water , I brought my room water ,I don’t kn
