The room was incredibly filthy. It's a shame you're wasting your time on a hotel like this. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. We arrived and couldn't even sleep on the bed because of the amount of dirt on the sheets, so we slept on the floor. Unfortunately, there are hotels like this in Sulaimaniyah. When we entered the room, it was like entering a hospital. It was so dirty, the TV was just for show and didn't work at all. The room door was barely open, all the electrical appliances were broken, and the drains were also broken. I hope you review this issue and improve your standards.

Pros: Quiet. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious room. Cons: You book at one price the day before, and then they say it's changed when you arrive. The furniture is not good. No one helps you with luggage.

This is one of the city's beautiful hotels, considering its location and views. The service is good, and the staff are friendly. Their prices are very reasonable, especially if you're traveling with family or on a business trip. I highly recommend it. Parking is available, and there's a car wash right next to the hotel. What I loved most about the hotel was Mr. Mohammed at reception; he was incredibly helpful, introducing us to the city and showing us around tourist attractions.
