Honestly, I traveled with Al-Saraha Company twice with my family, in 2022 and 2024. Their prices are good, and the cars are good too. It's a matter of luck. The first time was good. The second time, in 2024, we used two Coasters for the Horman trip (to the snow). One of them was good, clean, and tidy, while the other was dirty and the seats weren't comfortable.

Good company, we went with them once to Ahmed Awa. It was a nice trip.

One of the worst companies... an old, dilapidated bus... no credibility, no concern, no punctuality. We went as a group to the Dukan Lake and Jami Razan resort. The bus guide tried to convince us to go to a specific restaurant because he had an agreement with them for a commission. He charged each tourist double the official entrance fee (4000) when the official entrance fee for the resorts was (2000). He put us in a family cabin, even though we were single young men, and then disappeared. We tried to enter the cafeteria, but we were refused entry because it was for families only! After a lo

The worst company in the whole world, if it weren't for the comment, I wouldn't have given them a star. Take care of them, their buses are old and hot, and their style is not good at all. They cut you off with the price, they tell you 10 but they take 20 thousand from you. On top of that, the bus keeps breaking down and they leave you in the middle of the street in the heat. The departure time is supposed to be 2 tuk-tuks, but it became 7 and we are still on the road. May God not grant them success. They ruined our day.

The staff was terrible, especially the Dokan trip and the guy who thinks he's a DJ, but he has no culture or connection to tourism. The Dokan program was a failure; the waterfall they stopped at along the way …

I don't recommend them. Their style is terrible; every resort has an entrance fee between 5,000 and 10,000, and they choose the restaurants and markets they've agreed upon.

Make sure you know the total amount before paying, as additional charges may be applied during the trip under the pretext of resort entrance fees.
