Today 28th March 2028 I had a suspicious M.I emergency I arrived at the site wide garage at the fronte Welcomimg staff ECG Blood work done on spot Doctor Mustafa Tahir attending physician was so helpful and respectful and following up regularly I stayed there for about 4 hours and spent 50,000 IQD including doctor consulting, blood work, ER stay and follow ups This typeofs serviceyouw wouldnt find it anywhere in Iraq and heartfelt appreciation to specialist Dr. Ahmed faraidon Barzinji for overseeing, guiding, treating me during this stressful night Salut.

The heart hospital is very clean, and the food is also excellent. The staff are very attentive and caring towards the patient until the very last moment of their discharge, and they also have modern equipment.

We had an emergency, as we arrived the Doctor did not even check the pulse or blood presure , instead he kept asking why did we came here and we should go to other Hospital while he is playing with his mobile phone and asked to do blood test. The case was drop in blood bresure and he want us to do blood test, what a joke. Those ppl should not be in charge or hel position in a hospital. Shame on you.

So you have to wait for hours beyond the time allotted for a doctor to finally see you and discharge the patient? Why does the patient have to wait for hours for the doctor to be discharged?! There's no administration to question or complain to, and no place to sit and wait for the patient to be discharged. It's truly bizarre. A doctor's working hours are from 8:00 to 9:30, and there are still more coming. Zero commitment...

The gatekeeper's attitude is very poor and bad; he doesn't allow more than one person to enter to visit the patient.
