We booked an apartment from December 19th to December 28th. We arrived at our destination at 5:00 AM on December 19th and were shocked to find that no one was there to give us the keys. Despite several calls from both us and the helpful security staff, we had no luck. So we had to wait until 10:00 AM before someone finally answered the phone.
