Nice restaurant. The Middle Eastern food is good and the grilled meats are excellent. The shawarma is very bad and not recommended. The atmosphere is good, but the restaurant is somewhat spicy. The complimentary tea is not good. The cleanliness is excellent. The portions are fairly good. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly. There is a paid outdoor parking garage available for 2,000 (currency unspecified) in front of the hotel.

The Al-Qozi meal was okay. The other meals weren't up to par. The staff were very professional. Al-Qozi's meal was okay. As for the rest of the meals, they were not up to standard. The staff's service was very classy.

First: I went to sit in the upstairs seating area, then we went upstairs and were informed that it was for families only, in a very embarrassing way. If it weren't for my friend wanting to stay, I would have left. Second: Our food arrived cold, and there was hair, especially in the appetizers. It was disgusting. We were sitting in the upstairs dining area, and I went downstairs three times to inquire about our order. Each time, the response was, "The food is on its way." This is one of the worst restaurants. Look at the hair on the appetizers! The food we brought was all cold, like it'd been sitting for two days. It was all nauseating and cold, and the rice was so little it was spread out on a tray just to fill a plate.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and the orders comes really fast even when it’s crowded, their food is delicious and the prices can be reasonable if ordered a lot for many people, I would recommend it for anyone who’s looking for some quality food
