It is one of the privately held universities in Kurdistan/Iraq. Founded in 2014 by Masrour Barzani. According to their website, they dedicate themselves to preparing future generations of leaders through curricular and co-curricular excellence in an American-style education.
I visited them one day to ask about new student registration requirements.
