1 of the best hotels I have visited. The rooms are spacious and clean, delicious extensive breakfast with a view over Slemani. I am at a loss for words about the staff, what fantastic respectful people from the reception to the cleaners, you are fantastic people and thank you very much for the good service

The room was clean, and the breakfast was good, but it was $130 a night, our room had no window (just a small one high up near the ceiling). When I tried to shower, the water was cold, we called reception, and it took about an hour to get hot water. The door had no lock or peephole, and no fire alarm. At checkout, they charged $7 for the minibar even though we didn’t take anything. The receptionist said maybe someone else ate it, maybe the staff ate it! but since it was missing, we still had to pay? It made no sense. Overall, it was okay, but definitely overpriced for the experience.

Absolutely 5star experience the best and kindest staff members !! Excellent management (Kak Sanyar was a pleasure to deal with) my husband Patrick and I will most definitely be back our kids had a great time and compared it to our all inclusive vacation we recently took to Mexico 🇲🇽 stating this was better when it came to food and pools !

We booked room for of friend coming back from Norway. Three weeks befor his arrival. We had booking confirmation. When he arrived they told us ur name is not here go somewhere else. Because hotel is fully booked by some group. They deleted their name. Without letting us know. Also If u r not carful they will rip u off in restaurants. Garden . We ask for lamp shish they brought grill next to us without telling us costs extra charge when the bill comes they charged us alot of money. We order shisha they they charged hose different. No where like this place. Quality of the food is no deserve

The hotel is nice, they provide good service and needs, the sauna and pool is amazing and very clean.

It was a horrible experience of making us wait in the lobby for so long. They kept saying the room will be ready in 5-10 minutes, then 20 minutes then we waiting 40 and still no room. Horrible that's all. We ended up late for our conference.

Amazing hotel with spacious and clean rooms.. Service was excellent.. Good location next to Caviland Aqua Park and to the Turkish visa application center in Suleymaniya It serves an open buffet breakfast with plenty of delicious dishes..

This hotel is one of the best in Suliymaniya, affordable and well maintained.the breakfast is very delicious ,the room is nicely decorated,comfortable and clean, the spa & gym are really wow! I had a room with garden view that was covered in snow it was really an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Every single thing about our stay in Titanic hotel & spa was super satisfying ! Rooms are very clean and tidy , and prepared with all of things that you may need. The staff were very helpful and friendly , they knew that the day we arrived in was my son birthday, so they surprised us with a very generous gesture , they send us a cake to our room with “ happy birthday “ phrase on it, it was nice of them to do that , and they made our day literally! I suggest you to try to visit this place and you will never regret .

Definitely not recommended .. that should be 5 stars hotels as it mentioned on booking but have over crowds in their hotel… as it’s open for non hotel guests .so it’s too far to be Luxurious hotel .spa & swimming pool over crowded.pool is dirty , they try add too much chlorine to cover it .jacuzzi fulfill with children, smell of urine reaching out ur throat .. women with their underwear under borkini some times they wear any dress .. unhealthy and really dirty changing room so small for women .. receptions r not professional failed to have good communication … unfortunately it’s not the pl

The hotel is very clean, located in a really great place for a family visit. Right next to the hotel is the biggest amusement park in Sulaimanyah which is called Chaviland. Also, behind the hotel is Azmer mountain where you can go by car or take the cable car to have a magnificent view over the city. The breakfast buffet is really good and there is a bunch of food and drink collections. The hotel has facilities like a gym, pools and spa. Another story is the staff, from the reception to all the workers in the hotel, all of them greet you with a wonderful smile and make your stay joyful and rel

Great view, especially on the bar, Service is extremely high. The only thing I didn't like is the elevators they should be faster and more efficient. Highly recommended! their price equal value

You can enjoy fabulous views here , elegant decorations, but food is not fresh and dirty smelling corridors, toilets , and halls . Far from city centre and limited options for markets or shops. Close to a nice funfair. I'd add that toilets are so weird because both men and women toilets are in one room that has the same door and I find that very inappropriate and annoying

A very good hotel for the money. Good security, good food, spacious rooms, fair price tag. The pool and the spa are very decent! Can get a bit too noisy on Thursday and Fridays nights, so ask for a quiet room.

It has an astonishing decor. The room was clean and sizeable, as well as the bathroom. Most importantly, it has good odors as first impression. They serving variety of food at breakfast with amazing view in the morning. If you are looking for a true meaning of spa, you definitely should choose Titanic hotel. Three swimming pools, jakuzi, three sauna rooms, one of them faced outside with fabulous view on the outside pool. Also, the hotel service a turkish bath and enormous gym .

Cleanness is good to say it at first My room was with no window or very small window which was less than 30 cm by 30 cm near ceiling The breakfast buffet was poor in comparison to 5 star hotel The lunch and dinner buffet as i unfortunately remain all time in hotel i see they didn't renew some foods they only reheat what remain at noon to be eaten at evening I took videos about my room but unfortunately the google review didn't accept it Staff in general was helpful and respectful

Rooms are very comfy and spacious, housekeeping is almost invisible, very quick and overall fine. They are doing a good job, however, they should pay a little more attention to the details. All staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful, except one, who requested cash payment for our entire stay right at the check-in when we were arriving late (11:30 pm) from Hawler airport and of course had not yet tons of cash with us. However, we would recommend Titanic Hotel without hesitation. We felt comfy and had a very pleasant stay.

One of the best hotels I've stayed ever, starting from staff reception, all smile and welcoming, the luxury of the hotel and rooms, the swimming pool was warm even it was cold outside, and so clean, the breakfast is amazing, also they have a free valet parking, so u don't need to worry where to park you car, so can't complain of anything, good luck

Nice 7 days spent with my family every thing is good and I suggest the hotel for my friends to try it during their next trip to sulaimani. But I suggest to offer cheaper option for big family such a quadruple room .

Very nice and clean place (talking about the spa: swimming pools and gym). The only thing I didn't like about it is that from Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 to 4:30, it's for women only... Come on, when would I go swim? At 4:30 and then in an hour and a half the sun sets? It's ridiculous...

The room is very big and clean, and the staff are very friendly. In addition, the breakfast was very good with a variety of food. I really recommend it either for work or leasure.

It actually has the structure of a 5 star hotel, but the services and management is that of any 3 star hotels in Iraq. At the 7th floor there is a restaurant l went to for dinner, but eventually escaped before finishing my meal because the tables were too close to each other and a bunch of dudes were smoking shesha right next to my face. I could also smell smokers at the 2nd floor and their loud talking could easily be heard inside my room with doors tightly shut. The WiFi was horrible and constantly disconnecting. I could not complete this review there. It is also expensive. 130 USD per night
