Its name is Turkish Airlines... They should teach their employees Turkish first. I missed my flight because of their staff who don't speak Turkish. I complained, but they didn't even care. Turkish Airlines is a source of regret.

I’ll never travel with Turkish airline again because their employees at airport are so rude and especially one of them a Kurdish girl she think she’s the owner of the airport when she talks to the travelers.

The staff there do not have any slight idea what their job is about or what, at least, are their duties. We had an online issue with booking, we went there to look into it. They pompously rejected to help us claiming that they don't deal with online problems.

They have BAD and BOTHER new location office in erbil, it's a normal agency no need entrance control

I had a flight on the 15th of this month. I arrived at the airport with two young children, and they told me my flight wasn't going because of the weather. I've been stuck in the streets with my two young children ever since. At least take the children somewhere to sleep and eat. Has my flight been postponed to the 20th of this month?
