University of Garmiyan - Directorate of Registry

A private study area, formerly the Teachers' Institute of Kalar, is now part of Kalar University. The building is elegant, with spacious study areas and a parking garage. The building is large and resembles a jet plane from the air. I have a collection of photos and will try to find and share them with you. I don't know its current use—whether it's for the university administration or teaching.
