Poor service and delivery delays The question is why isn't the Erbil representative being replaced, since he is an irresponsible person?

It's horrible in the service, I didn't see any serious attempts, I was much more experienced than their staff, I can say my hair was white ،haven't received my parcel yet,my service is express saver It should arrive in 3 days. which was supposed to take 3 days, but it's been more than 9 days and hasn't arrived yet. I canceled my holiday because my parcel didn't arrive on time.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Absolutely terrible experience. They were extremely rude and unprofessional in the way they spoke to us—zero respect for customers. They charged us a random fee, claiming it was for "taxes and duties," which is completely false. It's just an excuse they use to scam people out of money. No transparency, no integrity. Avoid this place at all costs.

Really suspicious people working in erbil branch, i received a package, they took +50$ for customs fee? there is no such thing, used fedex and dhl before and there was no such thing anyhow, i had to pay to get my package. Then 2 days later they calling me to bring the package back because apparently UPS main branch asking to get it back, why? you have no right what so ever, i call the producer about this, they say there is no such thing, UPS main HQ didnt notify us about this at all, then i call UPS UK, they tell me there is no such thing and we never requested return for this package and we

Horrible delivery experience ever, employees not trained how to behave with customers. They charged for delivery but i had to pick up the package. I don't recommend to use thier services at all.

Worst customer service by far, Plus they charge extra money for nothing the minimum amount of “custom fees” is $45 which they say it’s $25 brokerage fee, $10 duties and $10 disbursement and it can go into a crazy amount if it’s something big or heavy, on the other hand other shipping companies (DHL, Fedex, Aramex) can be as low as $0-$20 for the same exact items, I would highly recommend avoiding shipping through them, Just save yourself time and money.

This is the first and last time I will deal with this company.

Today 14-03-2023, I drove 230KM from Zakho to Erbil in order to purchase a shipping label for 135$, which on its own is already absurd and expensive. Only to find out that the office is closed. I've communicated with a worker the days prior, and messaged them one day prior to my visit on Tuesday 14th March 2023, however they didn't mentioned that on Tuesday they have a day off.
