Good medical services

A very bad experience. The hospital is very dirty, and the service is not at all what a private hospital should be. No one pays attention to you or asks any questions. When you go to the doctor to ask what's wrong, he just makes fun of you. And this is supposed to be a private hospital?! There's no conscience or integrity, and the treatment from everyone there is terrible and disrespectful.

Fin Hospital is a fully equipped private hospital and one of the oldest private hospitals in Duhok, but it is considered the worst private hospital in Malta. Their prices are very high, and the medical staff's treatment of patients is poor, with the exception of a few doctors. Furthermore, doctors' visits to patients in the emergency and intensive care units are very delayed despite their high fees.

The service from the doctors, staff, and nurses is very, very bad, and the patient rooms are much worse. There are cockroaches in them, and when I told them about that, their response was, "What can we do?" This is in addition to the two pharmacies there, as they exploit the patients' situations and sell medicines at exorbitant prices. The same is true for the radiology and analysis department. Unfortunately, one star is too much for it.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I’ve been there three times during my visit in Kurdistan and I have nothing negative to say. Staff were kind and patient and the doctor we saw was amazing. The rooms could be upgraded especially in the VIP section but health and kindness over looks in my opinion this the 5 star.

the hospital overall is good because the good doctors in Duhok work there. Despite that, the hospital needs to be improved and organized more. there are a lot of departments in it including emergency department, which you usually do not find in private hospitals. there are 2 pharmacies, a market and some restaurants too inside it, with a laboratory and a glasses store.

Really good ER services but the staff is sometimes moody.
