The hotel is generally good and clean. The restaurant on the sixth floor offers an open buffet with traditional dishes, including soup, cheese, eggs, pastries, and other typical hotel fare. The view of the mountains and city from the restaurant is beautiful. Price: $80 for a triple room. The furniture is clean and the bathroom is good, but the room is generally small. The air conditioning is central and quiet. The hotel is located on the main street leading to the resorts, away from the crowds and noise and far from the city center. Free parking is available.

The breakfast is good. There are two elevators. There is express service if a guest wants to order something from the cafeteria.

The deluxe room is clean and suitable for 4 to 5 people. The staff are very good, helpful, and polite. Breakfast in the morning comes with a nice view near the window, where you can see the beauty of the city while drinking coffee and enjoying your meal. The hotel is located on the highway and is easy to find. It is not near the city center, but you can get there easily.

Best hotel in the city near to the center and very luxurious, they have a very delicious breakfast with a cozy atmosphere and very good prices. Definitely i should go to there again and very good for business trips. They also have a cafeteria with very good nice design

The place is nice, but the room hadn't been cleaned when we entered; the trash was still there from previous guests. The blankets and sheets were somewhat worn, which was uncomfortable. There were no bathroom slippers, which is another negative. For a four-star hotel, the lack of a kettle and iron is another drawback.

Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel. Out of all the hotels I've visited, this one really caught my eye, and I felt right at home. The concierge was excellent; I forget his name, I think it was Mohammed. Everything was wonderful: the cleanliness of the rooms, the food, and the service. Speaking of which, the concierge boy was also excellent; I think his name was Saroud. I really liked his work and how he treated the tourists. I wish him all the best, and every time I come to Duhok, this is the first place I'll visit.

The positives are that the location is good, the room is clean, and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. However, the negatives are that the room didn't have an iron, slippers, or a kettle. When we checked out, they fined us 15,000 dinars for a very small stain on the pillow; there was absolutely no leniency.

The hotel's location is excellent and close to all the vital centers of Duhok Governorate. Elegance and sophistication are available to a very good degree in the hotel, and the morning breakfast service is the most distinguished and sophisticated service in terms of its variety and quality, as you will eat it while in front of you the dazzling morning view of Duhok.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The towels were very clean. The room lighting was good. The air conditioning was annoying because it shuts off during power outages and can only be turned on manually as there is no remote control. The air conditioning in some rooms is very cold, while in others it is not. Regarding room service, please be aware that guests' belongings and clothing should not be placed in their luggage without their request.

The hotel is very clean and new, with a beautiful view. The staff are very professional and the prices are reasonable compared to other hotels in Duhok. We hope to visit again.
