It's a good place, but it lacks loudspeakers to call out to patients when they arrive in line.

It is an advanced hospital. Everything is great except for the toilet section. it's too dirty. There was no cleanser. The toilet fan was making a very loud and unpleasant noise.

The medical staff were respectful, but we experienced significant communication and organizational difficulties. We were seeing for a problem with our left eye, but the focus was almost entirely on our right eye without clear explanation. We were moved between several rooms and examinations without adequate explanation for the patient and their family. I hope communication with patients will improve, as this is causing stress and anxiety.

After making the reservation one week prior for regular eye check up. After making the payment, they made me wait for 2 hours just to see the doctor. Very overcrowded and I don’t recommend.

There was a turkish doctor his name was Hassan, he was very disrespectful & unwelcoming , he never say hi or welcome or anything just sitting on his chair cross-legged & not talking directly to us just to the nurse & she was translating while we can speak English !! , he never looked us , i dont know its like a pride or ego , i have meet many doctors , professors in my life but no one acted like this guy !! there was not tissue in the toilet while its a hospital !!! the nurse who putted the eye drop she didn't explain anything wasnot professional while she should put a timer & go according to

Apart from Dr. Ozcan, Nora, and nurse Mariam, all the other staff are rude, unfriendly especially their accountant Zahraa. Their medical services are top but their communication skill, dealing with patients concerns are the worst. I hope they learn to smile little bit with their clients !!!!!!!

Very bad management and staff! Zero customer service! They know very well how to take money, but their services and care are nonexistent! This hospital is a complete failure in management. They don't know how to run the hospital at all. They know very well how to take money and fees, but their customer service and care are zero. A very bad experience.
