I’m extremely disappointed with Wide Gulf Shipping Agency (a.k.a. WGSA). Despite multiple reminders, our payment has never arrived with no clear explanation or accountability. Their lack of professionalism and respect for others' time is unacceptable. Customer service was unhelpful, offering excuses instead of solutions. I wouldn’t recommend working with them—save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable partner.
