A great games hall, and even better are the people in charge: Captain Younis, Dalkhaz, and Yasser.

The gym has all the basics, the minimum required to cover most of your workout routines but for me the main issue would be the operating hours which is very limited comparing to the modes of 24/7 so if you don't have the luxury of time to join from 5 till 11 pm, then there will be a lot of skipping days and you might consider joining elsewhere.
