The hotel needs some room improvements and upgrades to reach a 4-star rating. Currently, its standout features are cleanliness and spacious rooms. However, it needs better organization, a more modern screen, and a very basic breakfast considering the price per night, which is quite high compared to other hotels. The views are lovely and wonderful, the parking garage is convenient, and the reception staff are kind, polite, and efficient, handling everything quickly and easily without delay or fuss. The screen is somewhat outdated and lacks a smart TV. The furniture is old and needs replacing,

Excellent hotel, the room is spacious and has everything a guest needs, the breakfast is excellent and varied, and the staff were extremely kind and courteous. The only drawback is the small size of the garage.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. Breakfast is supposed to be from 7 to 10. I arrived at 8:30 and there was no breakfast. An employee prepared something inedible, and when I asked for black pepper, he brought it to me on a tissue! 😡😡

The worst hotel you could ever stay in. The air conditioning doesn't work, the water is cold, and there isn't enough for one person in a room meant for three. The cleanliness is also extremely poor. I do not recommend it.

One of the worst experiences in Hotels I ever had. They forced us to pay 20$ for a towel that got dirty. Which is insane to think about as towels are supposed to be dirty. Extremely unfriendly service and disrespectful towards us and other customers. You will find better hotels in the city.

very noisy, there are no any isolations

Nice and clean rooms, floors, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast is provided and it is in the centre of the market so in surroundings there are many places for eat out. Only negative is the rooms are not sound proof and being on one of the most busy road in the town it was quite noisy at night, don't forget your ear plugs to bring with you.

Good place for accommodation but intermediate quality

Don't book this hotel.Language is a big barrier, internet doesn't work, super noisy as it is on the main road, breakfast was tasteless & they don't care when you complain.

(Fresh) shisha is the best .. It takes a long time to be prepared, but worths every second of waiting.. Nice cozy place.. Needs some more smoke clearing fans to get a better atmosphere instead of keeping the smoke in

Good choice of hotel to cover you basic needs, based in KRO street where you can find many Resturant & cafes, also within walking distance to Duhok mall.

Such a clean place , the service is nice but the breakfast wasn’t really nice but the only downside was their was no swimming-pool

Zada Hotel is nice place to stay nigh stay basis or stay on monthly basis. It's situated in the heart of Duhok Kurdistan where there are several markets including Duhok Mall.

Its very nice place and view, but super expensive, and they charge you even for the water, and the beds are not very comfortable, it needs to be changed years ago.
