Professional nursing staff and doctors. The accounting office is so strict to the advanced payment which is 1 million IQD per night even if the case is mild. Hospitality infrastructure is weak giving the fact that it is a private hospital (no daily meals no water no toilet papers no internet) * AC is set to one mode which can not be changed based on the case of the patient. *pharmacy is lack of some important drugs and equipment.

good service but elevators are not available for everyone, good doctors but also expensive.

They have good staff and clean Hospital , the main problem is road very narrow and car parking make some problem specially during the night

I am extremely disappointed and upset by the behavior of the female staff member in Room No. 4 at University Hospital, Erbil. Her attitude was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. She spoke in a manner that showed no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect for patients and their families during an important and sensitive process such as birth registration. one of the male nurses he couldn't give the injection but he forced me to cry and trembled, 2 times he tried he couldn't and finally he put the injection into my hand but he couldn't let the injection in my hand for 3 minutes until my husband got angry if he couldn't Do not force it. and finally my hands are all blue. already 4 days my hand still hurt and blue

Very poor experience today near the X-ray department. There was no staff available, and despite the situation feeling urgent, no assistance was provided. When I asked the reception desk to contact the X-ray team, they refused and told me to “wait,” saying the staff would come eventually. No call was made, no check was done, and no concern was shown.
